How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.66 anywhere in the U.S. No tricks—just treats delivered right to your crypt.


What if I live outside the US?
We'd love to ship spooky delights worldwide—but not just yet. Due to high international shipping costs and ongoing changes in global shipping regulations, we currently only ship within the United States. Expanding our reach is part of our future plans, though—so stay tuned, witches and weirdos abroad!


How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Easy as pumpkin pie. Every subscriber gets a special email with a link to their Subscriber Portal—a private page where you can pause, skip, or cancel your box anytime. Lost your link? No worries—just reach out and we’ll summon it again.
Please note: Cancelling only affects future renewals; it doesn't trigger an automatic refund. Any boxes that have already been paid for at time of cancellation will still be shipped.


How do I update my shipping address?
Moving your crypt? We’ve got you. Just head into your Subscriber Portal using the link sent after you signed up. You’ll be able to update your address before your next box ships. (But do it fast—once a box is en route, we can’t reroute it.)


Can I change my email address?
Not through the portal (yet). If your email needs an exorcism—or just an update—email us directly at info@jackomart.com and we’ll take care of it on our end. No incantations required.
